Waarom BrandAmbassadors?

Brandambassadors is ontstaan als antwoord op nieuwe ontwikkelingen. De werelds om ons heen is kleiner geworden. Internet heeft bestaande structuren veranderd. Mensen zijn zender geworden, ze verzamelen, delen en verspreiden makkelijker informatie. De zender is tevens ontvanger geworden. Dit vraagt om een andere aanpak.

Ons doel is het creëren van complementaire platforms/communities voor mensen, merken, bedrijven en organisaties om interesses, ervaringen, betrokkenheid, fanship's of kennis te delen. Waarom? We geloven dat verbinden meer oplevert dan bereiken!

Daarnaast bieden we bedrijven de door ons gebruikte open source platform (Drupal) technologie aan om zich te ontsluiten en bedrijfs- en communicatieprocessen te openen, structureren en efficiënter te maken. Hierdoor zijn wij zijn in staat om relevante portal en community ervaringen te delen met onze klanten.

Hoe helpt BrandAmbassadors u?

Brandambassadors ontwikkelt vraag gestuurde social marketing strategieën voor merken en organisaties. Hiervoor bouwen en zetten wij betaalbare online open source (Drupal) platforms en communities in. Wij bieden op de doelgroepen van de klant afgestemde infrastructuur aan met gewenste applicaties.

Met behulp van deze technieken luisteren we naar en leren we van elkaar, verbinden, geven gebruikers en organisaties 'insights' over elkaar, laten participeren en samenwerken, volgen ontwikkelingen, sturen (als het nodig is), verzamelen kennis en verspreiden deze, stimuleren innovaties en veranderingen. Tenslotte analyseren we deze community en platforms data om ervan te leren, te verbeteren, te vernieuwen en kapitaliseren.

Identification

Here we start identifying the status quo of your current online media implementation. What types of media do you use? Which media are effective? What is your social media strategy? Moreover, we benchmark your (online) media usage by implementing our special Glue League program. This program enables us to calculate and evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of your current social media implementation.

Collect and connect

BrandAmbassadors brings your customers/consumers together in an online environment and collect their data profiles. We bring them together and create online communites and platforms around brands, organizations and Ngo's. We offer people a platform to connect, collaborate, cooperate, combine, change, coordinate, share, experience and to innovate.

Communicate and Cooperate

We offer the community members instruments to engage with the brands and/or organizations. We keep them informed about new developments of the brand or organization, we use the technique of gaminfication to enhance involvement and stimulate them to evangelize their brand/organization experiences.

Integration

When the community is up and running the ultimate step is an integration with your marketing and communication programs. The result should be an interactive and challenging platform where customers, retailers and brand organization are working together to reinforce loyalty, confirm brand authenticity, stimulate innovation, understand whishes to contribute brands equity.

Brandambassadors is opgericht in 2009 vanuit de zoektocht naar de marketing graal van de 21e eeuw. Hoe binden we klanten en gebruikers? Waar creëren we een plek waar product, prijs, plaats en promotie samen komen, een nieuwe manier van marktbewerking, waar zowel organisaties/merken als participanten producten/diensten/kennis delen en/of verkopen die voldoet aan de huidige eisen?

Our work for fans - Vespafans

Since 2008 Vespafans.nl is a humming community where passionated Vespafans are sharing their common love for Vespa. From die hard Vespa riders too the ones just looking to own a Vespa, they all have a place in the community. We facilitate functionality, they create content. And while creating content, they promote the brand Vespa, inside and outside the community. With Facebook en Twitter accounts connected to the activities within the community, Vespa gains a lot of User Generated Social Media Presence. Next to our online activities to facilitate our Vespafans we organize an annual Vesparide that’s about to become a tradition. Hundreds of Vespariders join together to ride a thoroughly set route starting in Amsterdam.

The Dutch Royal Catering Industry Association (Koninklijke Horeca Nederland) asked BrandAmbassadors Bv. to realize an online platform for all Dutch entrepreneurs in the catering Industry. Every entrepreneur is able to claim their own ‘space’ on this platform wherefrom they can receive all kinds of custom selected information, relevant for their specific branch. By mapping possible business associates per branch KHN tries to enhance the business climate for entrepeneurs in the catering Industry. By delivering this kind of information via the tailor-made platform entrepreneurs are faster triggered to make use of all kinds of business opportunities. The KHN portal is a business-to-business portal.

Ons werk voor merken - Piaggio Vespa B.V.

For the biggest manufacturer of motorcycles and moppets in the Benelux, BrandAmbassadors B.V. created a dealershipplatform. Official Vespa and Piaggio dealerships throughout the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg got an own webpage integrated with this platform. On these webpages dealerships can communicate their promotions, news and events to both a local public as a national public. Piaggio Vespa Benelux B.V. gains a stronger control on how their dealerships market their products and how they communicate with their custumors.

The Gift2gether idea is to help people by organizing such a shared present. New social media are giving opportunities to make this process approachable. The data social media like Facebook, Hyves and Linkedin are collecting are very personal and they all ask for the birth date. So the friends in the social media environment know when somebody is celebrating his birthday. Sometimes a social media app is sending you an email notifying that your friend in having his birthday in the next week.
